The February Walk
The May walk on Thursday 18th June will be led by Maggie Swaden. It will start at the Ave de Cagny car park on Pirbright Green. Post codes do not seem to take you to this car park but what3words location is ///handed.eagles.trade. Please arrive at 9.45 for a 10.00 start. The walk is mainly flat with just a couple of gentle slopes. We will have a quick visit to the church where a famous journalist is buried and admire the hassocks. The walk includes pastures, woodland, a short distance along a country lane and one short section beside a road..
If we continue to have wet weather the path may be a little muddy in places and a couple of sections are overgrown. Stout footwear and possibly a stick.
Lunch is booked for 12.45 at the White Hart.
